Bravery Boost for Managers is an intensive workshop for female mid- to senior-level managers who aspire to hone their managerial skills and set themselves up for current and future success.
In this transformative experience, you'll map out your strengths versus the habits that are holding you back as a manager and make a practical action plan that aligns with your long-term professional goals.
Why focus on habits?
Several years into our careers, we've all formed habits that need to be updated in order to succeed in higher level positions. Considering all the factors beyond our control, improving what's in our circles of influence can give you a powerful boost for advancing.
In this six-hour series, you will:
Learn about habits that typically hold women back from advancing into the highest leadership levels and map out the ones that speak to you in comparison to your strengths (this session is inspired by the book How Women Rise by Marshall Goldsmith and Sally Helgesen, so get reading if you want a head start!).
Envision your future self at her best and how she grew out of the person you are today.
Choose the habit that’s most pressing for you to change and formulate a detailed plan with practical steps, built-in accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Form connections with like-minded peers who are working in parallel toward similar goals.
This workshop will be limited to 12 participants.
