Maya Dolgin (MBA, ACC) is the founder and CEO of BraverMe. With over a decade of experience in leadership development and public speaking coaching, Maya Dolgin trains individuals and teams to effectively communicate and achieve their goals. She has provided pitch prep for start-up founders across five continents, coached senior management at multinational corporations and nonprofits alike, and has in-depth experience working with researchers on translating data sets into compelling and engaging stories and messages that can be adapted across audiences.
Maya is also the creator of Career Courage, a 10-part audio course on taking the leap at key inflection points along one's career journey.
Maya previously served as Director of Community Relations for the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel, the country’s leading socio-economic think tank. In this capacity, she trained the Center’s senior management and researchers to present complex research findings to a wide range of audiences including high net-worth individuals, the media, and top policy makers. She also stewarded relationships with major donors, cultivated strategic partnerships, and liaised with the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining the Taub Center in 2014, Maya taught and mentored hundreds of emerging leaders through the Nativ College Leadership Program in Israel and Ramah Day Camp in Nyack, where she managed dozens of Israeli and American counselors and educators over the course of eight years.
Maya holds a BA in Cognitive and Linguistic Sciences from Wellesley College and an MBA from Hebrew University in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Marketing. She received her coaching certification through the Adler Institute and an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
